I just wanted to say how thankful I was for the exceptional service that we got at Westland Insurance. Lorrie, Kevin, Celine and Amber went above and beyond to help us out. We just moved here and we usually have dealt with small town agencies where they know you and it was nice to work with this branch who made us a priority and gave us that small town customer service. Would recommend this branch for your insurance needs.

I have been dealing with Lorrie at the Garrison branch also while she was at previous branches since 2007. Lorrie has always went above the call of duty to help me. I would give her 10 stars if I could! She is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and above all the absolute best!! Thank you Lorrie for always taking excellent care of me.

I have been going to Westland Insurance @ Garrison, mainly because of the great staff there. Especially Lorrie Cross who always is so knowledgeable, friendly and patient with all my questions. She makes renewing my insurance go so smoothly and quickly. I will continue to go back there because of Lorrie.
