HS Studio Salonspa

Worst makeup artist in the city. Not even sure if she is certified. Showed the picture of make up I'd like to have and asked for contouring and eyeliner. I've got like three layers of foundation which is not contouring. I've got crooked eyeliner lines that looked like 5 yo tried to do it. Shades was terrible. It did not look like on the picture even close. But it just bothers me the most that she did not even apply mascara!!! I believe that their make up artist did not show up so they ask random person from the street to cover it.

I agree with some reviews by others guys down below. Maybe for women or people with longer hair this place would be a good deal, but for men they do about a 10 minute haircut and then charge $33 for it. It seemed rushed, whereas my Barbershop I go to has a more personal, slower approach. There if you're not happy or unsure they'll recommend things and usually it's over an hour haircut for $18. If you go over a half an hour here they'll actually call you out on it. My old barbershop seemed more precise and personal whereas this place felt more like a fast food quick in quick out approach with a higher charge.

I love my hairdresser. D. Oakes. She can cut any style, curly or straight, long or short. The first time I've ever had a hairdresser I didn't have to go home after a cut and fix it myself.

I booked in two facials and they messed it up and offered two facials at completely different times, very disappointed

Probably the worst men's cuts I have ever had, even people commented after how awful it looked. The Female Stylist spend less than 15 minutes total and the price with tip $45 #ridiculous. Salon was dirty and cheap looking. I won't be returning and cannot recommend.
