They use a microwave to reheat the food for nearly every order. This noticeably changes the texture of the food and makes you worry if the food was too cold to serve was it being held at a safe temperature. Hard pass next time they roll up.
We got ribs and pulled pork at Juanita Beach. Both were excellent. Our service was great too daughter of owner. Only negative was they were out of the sides we wanted.

Tried the baby back ribs at Kirkland Summerfest. The ribs were tender, but didn't quite have enough smoke for my taste.
Bad service. Good sandwich but expensive for the portions.
