Well... I called the Brooklyn office number first in response to a flyer that we received in our Loch Erin mail boxes. Left a message on Friday. On Saturday, I called the Adrian Office - again leaving a message stating that I was interested in getting rates and setting up an appointment. On Monday, I called the cell number of Owner Jerry Flynn.... again leaving the same message. I was in search of rates and appointment options and that I had left 2 previous messages without response. At 1.51PM Monday afternoon Jerry Flynn did return my call but said that I had already contacted him 3 times and it was his opinion that I should probably look elsewhere for Tax preparation services??????? Not quite sure what to think of that? I was not rude to this man or disrespectful in any of the 3 messages that I left? But perhaps its best if no one responds to the flyer for the 2 convenient locations of Hoyt, Flynn and Company of Adrian or Brooklyn.
