The only good thing about this place was the bed and the shampoo ad conditioner was matrix. I don't know how wyndham can put their name to this place. We paid 135= room and 2 pets. They are renovating so they said they put us in one of the new rooms. I do t think so- wood sticking pout of the wall with nails, no microwave and tv didn't work and only decaf coffee?! Changed to another room slightly better but so not worth what we paid. Breakfast was a joke. Don't bother. Pay this money somewhere else

Worst place ever. Was driving from Alberta to Toronto. All rooms in the city were taken so ended up booking a room here. The entire hotel smells of cigarettes. There was used toothbrush in the room. Ended up sleeping in my car. If you want to pay close to a 100 dollars for a over night parking spot to sleep in your car it's a great spot .

We waited in the front desk for a 20 mins, nobody there, Then i called their number online, but the guy said “howard johnson in sault st marie is closed”, but i said there is a OPEN sign. We went to other hotel because we dont want to deal with them anymore. Customer service is terrible. 03/07/18 at 8:50pm to 9:30pm

Run down place but it had a bed and is pet friendly. All I needed was a quick sleep on my way through town.

Never stayed there but the Greyhound was there. No WiFi in the lobby while waiting to catch my bus.. Wasn't to happy.
