I went here for the pizza because I LOVE Houston pizza. It ended up being wing Wednesday. So what the heck, let's try then out. The flavors I had were awesome. Electric honey was the best. The wings were not cold but not hot either..... If they were a bit warmer they would have got a 5 star for food. It got busy there as it was wing Wednesday so I was still happy as the food was great. Decided to have the dessert and it was top notch. The carrot cheesecake was for sure a 5......I normally have the pizza but for something different try it the wings.
Great food... even has a gluten free menu. Fresh and tasty food, friendly service. Nice seating. I can see why the locals love it.
So disappointed! We will never eat here again. This restaurant really doesn't care about it's customers. We ordered 2 pizzas and one was LOADED with an overwhelming amount of onion and the other was so soggy that the crust was stringy wet dough - both were completely inedible. We double checked the menu and the first pizza is listed as not having onions had we have known, we would have ordered without as we did with the second. We picked up our pizza and opened it within 5 minutes of paying, so it hadn't sat long. My husband called the restaurant and explained our situation very politely and they were completely rude to him. They told us that they don't use the same ingredients that are listed on the online menu and if we have a problem with that then we should call head office. How on earth is that a customer issue? Secondly, in regards to the soggy sop of a pizza, they told us that that is just the price we have to pay for having vegetables on our pizza - again, how is that a customer issue? We paid over $60 for two pizzas, which is NOT cheap, and both were completely inedible. It is really important to me to support local businesses whenever I can, but this restaurant could care less about us as customers and especially our satisfaction. I can honestly say I will never be back and won't be recommending Houston Pizza in Swift Current to anyone. I'm so disappointed. We do pizza every Friday night and I was really excited to spend time dining in and trying all of the other items on the menu. Very sad that in a such a small town where community is the foundation of our successes, we don't matter.
Just tried to place a order for delivery for my grandmother's birthday, total was over $100. The person taking the order kept getting it wrong, called back to correct the order and it was indeed wrong, I was still discussing the order and the person hung up. I called back and cancelled the whole order. Worst customer experience I've had there, unfortunately and that's enough to order from another restaurant.
Sunday February 12,2023 6 pm First Order -2 N.Y. Strip - medium well 3 rd Order - pasta with seafoods 4 th Order - pasta alfredo with chicken I am very disappointed with the food. Waiting isn’t the problem as long as it’s worth the wait. We order 6:20 pm Appetizers came 7 pm The main entrees came 7:12 pm The steak was MEDIUM RARE BLOODY Pasta alfredo MISSING CHICKEN I added shrimp on it. If I didn’t add it ITS JUST A PASTA. We called out the server and even her witnessed how bloody is the steak. She took it away and supposedly changed the steak we assumed but it’s NOT. The cook didn’t cook a new steak for us instead it was placed in the MICROWAVE. We know its NOT NEW BECAUSE WE GOT THE SAME STEAKS. The way It cut the SAME STEAK CAME BACK. UNBELIEVABLE. It doesn’t matter how busy the restaurant is but they should serve a quality food. I WILL NEVER EVER COMEBACK TO THIS PLACE.
Very good place. Stopped for lunch. Food was good and hot. The only issue was too much sauce on the shrimp tacos. The waitress offered to make another order with less sauce. That was much better.Food: 5/5
I had their pizza once, best pizza I ever had and very filling. The only drawback is the price. I think $75 is too much for any single pizza when it probably costs $15 to make it but there’s no 3rd option. Buy it or don’t buy it. Reply to Houston Pizza: Certainly. My order was an extra large meat lovers with extra cheese. Came to $72 and change. Sorry, I rounded it off to the closest $5. Hmmm. Nothing to say now?
Very friendly amd accomodating staff. They greeted you promptly and provided amazing customer service. The food and drinks were top tier! A must to stop in for great food and service!!Food: 5/5
Quesadillas were too crunchy and tasted of slightly burnt grill oil and were not steamed at all, which made the contents luke warm. Tea water was not hot enough. Zucchini wedges were not quite cooked enough and were somewhat 'corky' but breading was grease tasting. At least the appetizers were half price. Cream of mushroom soup was the soup of the day, and it was floury tasting. The soup was far too thick and had too much roux. Salad was not freshly washed and spun lettuce, but rather was head lettuce cubed and served. Mediterranean dressing tasted like it had passed its best before date we're sure. If you as a restaurant are charging the prices you are, people will have expectations. Our expectations were left unmet.
Fenix is the best to deal with!! She Knows all of her stuff and didn’t mess up our orders! Thank you so much fenix!!
