Food was good, service was friendly great actually but perhaps a little understaffed so things might have been a tad slower.
Edit October 2022: the service is usually pretty good here. I tried the meatloaf which is a new item on the menu. It was ok but the texture was not great. I do really enjoy the pizza although I find it pretty expensive. My nephew really loved the ribs. -.I had the french onion soup and it was luke warm and didn't have much cheese on top. The service was pretty slow, it took a long time for the food to come and for refills. One of our meals came out almost 5 minutes after the others. It wasn't nice they had to watch the rest of us eat. There was also a small kids party here and they were very loud.
This restaurant possesses some of the worst service I have ever encountered, and at no point throughout the course of my meal was I impressed in a positive manner. On this particular evening the entirety of the dining section was empty except for the table at which I and my brother were eating, yet we were treated as though the waitress had no time for us. The floor was noticeably uncleanly, and could have used a good scrubbing. Our waitress seemed cold and incompetent, and apparently couldn’t manage to remember simple things like cutlery. We were left waiting many times. Overall, I was disgusted. I truly do not understand how people can claim to enjoy this house of filth. I wish I wasn’t acquainted with any of these people, so I would never have to walk through its doors again. P.S. Whoever this Noah is - the owner - I do not wish to speak with you, or associate with you on any level.
I have never felt so strongly about a restaurant before in my 20 years of living. What is this feeling, you ask? Complete and utter abhorrence. Every single visit that I have granted Boston Pizza in Swift Current has ended in poor spirits, unsatisfied stomachs, and a general dislike for the world, as one thinks to himself, “surely the world has gone to hell if man has come to this level of lack of self-worth to believe that this is what he deserves.” As decent, Greek, family restaurants, are closing down in this city, it appalls me that Boston Pizza still stands. It’s come to the point that I will not step in its doors out of an act of principle. Does anyone truly love Boston Pizza? How come we, as a society, have accepted such poor customer service, mid-tier food, and say that we are satisfied? While a much greater food exists within our family-run businesses? Cheaper food? Better service? All these things are in our reach within Swift Current, and if you’re looking for them, such things will not be found at Boston Pizza. We are human beings. The acme of creation. Do we not deserve proper customer service? Do we not deserve food that isn’t cold to touch, do we not deserve bread that is warm to taste? If my friend suggested to me “let’s go to Boston Pizza” I would be alarmed, for my friend clearly thinks that he deserves such cruel treatment, and I would probably guide this friend in positive self-talk and therapy. However, if he insists, well, that would never happen, because I would never be friends with someone who loves Boston Pizza, I try my hardest to stray from these kinds of people, the few that they are. The reason why I say this though, is because the food isn’t that great, and more importantly, it’s so obvious that every worker seems to want yo rather die than give me a Shirley temple with my order, or take my order at all.
Love Boston Pizza because, the chairs are comfortable, great for watching sports on their tvs, service is great, waitresses are very friendly, managers are great. Food is mostly good. Only gripe I have is the Pizza. For a place called Boston Pizza, Pizza is the worst thing they make, except for the Tropical chicken that's pretty good, but everything else is really good. Also I like the atmosphere, there's few places left in town that are great for just hanging out, people watching etc.
This is the best Boston Pizza I’ve been to in Canada. Great service, great food, and just overall good people. This location has improved greatly in the quality department in the last few years. Noah is a great manager, Houston is awesome at the bar, Nathan and Garrett are great servers, and Jo Jo is a fantastic chef. My two requests are to not EVER under any circumstances run out of Black Bridge Brewing IPA and to work on your pricing for Bulleit Bourbon.
Service was above average, staff was friendly and food was served promptly and was very tasty.
I had a pretty lousy experience here on Friday evening. Service was non-existent. I had to wait far too long to order. Then, I had to track down my own utensils and napkins. 30 minutes after finishing my meal, I still had no bill. I had to walk around the restaurant to find someone that would take my payment. I should have walked out. Compliments to the kitchen for a tasty meal. Everything else sucked!
I ordered a beef dip and a brownie , they said it would be 45 minutes, I am in a hotel 5 minutes from the restaurant, an hour and a half later still hadn’t received order lol I called to cancel, waited on hold for 5 minutes for a manager to ‘accept’ the cancellation, no sorry just an okay. Business must be good not a lot of competition around here I guess. Oh well
Staff was great. Food wasn’t so much. But, what did I expect ordering a Greek Salad and French Onion Soup. Just not up to snuff. That being said, my companions meals of a Boston Brute and Pizza were adequate.
