A lot of GF dishes, but not clearly marked at the menu. Took the Punjabi rice bowl, and it was delicious. Compared to other Indian restaurant, it’s a little bit expensive for the portion.
I used to love coming here. This will be my last visit. We were the only table in there and our food took almost an hour. My partner enjoyed his wrap but what is with the butter chicken? It was basically a creamy coconut soup. Incredibly disappointing. $5 for butter naan bread and it was completely dry. No residue on my fingers. How can it be butter naan if there is nothing on it? And the pieces were TINY! Complete rip off. We asked the server who never was anywhere to be seen and she confirmed it was buttered naan. Took 7-8 minutes to find someone to pay. Terrible food. Terrible service.
Ordered the butter chicken poutine and took advantage of their option to substitute the chicken for tofu and got vegetarian butter sauce. This dish was amazing! Little bit of a spicy kick although the waitress said the degree of spicy can be manipulated. The atmosphere is private and warm. The service was quick and personal. The food came in minutes I was eating alone. Fantastic place to eat. This is a very vegetarian, vegan and gluten free option restaurant.
Very excellent service, fast for our food to arrive. Also it's a pretty penny, but considering the spices and cream going into the dishes. Worth the price for its quality and quantity. Recommend this a place to go. The water on the plate is my drool. Lol jk.
Hands down the worst east Indian cuisine I have ever had. There was absolutely no flavor whatsoever to either of our meals. My husband's butter chicken tasted like a can of tomato soup with heavy cream added no spices or nothing ! I had the palek paneer and again no flavor whatsoever. The samosas were inedible... absolutely disgusting. I was really disappointed, especially since the portion sizes are really small for the price you pay; I was atleast hoping it would be good, but nope it's going in the trash ! Save your money if your looking for good east Indian cuisine, because this doesn't even come close.
Worst food I ever tasted, so dam expensive and crappiest food in Northern BC. Please don’t encourage them that they make good Indian food My chicken Khurchan was horrible watery and tasteless mostly onion and veg. naan bread charge $4.25 for tiny dry piece of bread. Chef needs some cooking lessons to cook decent Indian Food
Nice Indian fusion place : It will be so nice at patio on a sunny day!
Food was delicious as always and the service awesome.
Hot House is a must go in Terrace if you like Indian food. The food is always beautifully presented and delicious. I love the interior too it's so classy. Perfect for date night, a casual meal or just treating yourself.
Always great food. And good service located right in town. We are never disappointed
