Hotel Omni Mont-Royal

This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it. The hotel was really fantastic with great facilities. The staff treated me very well and without hesitation helped me if I needed anything. The bed was extremely comfortable... best sleep in a long time. I wish the pool was open later in the evening, but it was a really nice stay for work.

Our recent stay at the Omni Mont Royal exceeded our expectations! It's a beautiful hotel, well-maintained and great services. The location can't be beat -- you're close to so many attractions, restaurants, etc. The Alice Bar in the lobby is great for cocktails and snacks; the restaurant served wonderful breakfast. The outdoor pool is heated and connects to an indoor hot tub. The fitness facilities are better than a typical hotel gym. We had a wonderful mountain view room with stunning views. The room was spacious and well-appointed. What made our stay truly exceptional was the staff -- every staff member from the doorman, front desk, bartender, servers etc. was incredibly friendly/welcoming, helpful, engaging and definitely made our stay that more special. Will definitely return!

Very nice hotel. Spacious and higher quality... But rooms are slightly dated although being maintained well. Staff is helpful all around. Easy walk to so many city neighborhoods and other areas but such is Montreal. Good value for quality establishment.Rooms: 3/5

Beautiful and comfortable hotel! Very clean and the staff are very accomodating! I was impressed by the entire staff from the valet to the chamber maid! I would highly recommend Omni Hotel for anyone. It's in a very good location. Close to shopping, restaurants and the Bell Centre for those looking to watch a hockey game.Rooms: 5/5

I love this hotel. Great location, with nice size rooms. The staff are very nice. The parking lot across the street is handy, and all around you are amenities that bring a lot of people to Montreal...the sights, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. The bar inside the hotel is great, with a nice selection of drinks and very good service. I have eaten at the restaurant for breakfast, and it is good, although the breakfast restaurant around the corner Universel is the best...and another reason why I like this hotel.

Check in was quick and easy. Gentlemen was very friendly. Rooms are very spacious, we had a beautiful view on mountain. The location is fantastic, you can't ask for more. Very close to shops, cafes, restaurants and subway station. Green underground parking very close to hotel for around $20 per day. We'll be looking forward to come back!

Very classy hotel with great service and well appointed lobby and common areas. Location is about a block away from Peel station and near McGill. Decent amenities and great food quality at the restaurant. Staff are polite and helpful. Service was excellent, I was able to get an early check in and late check out with no additional cost. Also received a complementary room upgrade and $125 credit for being a premium Amex member. Building is very nice but obviously shows its age and could do with some updates. For the price and level some complementary bottled water or better quality tea/coffee in the rooms would have been appreciated. Additionally it was difficult to find a menu for room service. Overall though there may be some better options at this price point, I would definitely recommend Omni.

Great hotel, the suites are amazing, comfortable though the pillows were a little too fluffy for my liking. That said, there isn’t much for room service, and there isn’t much nearby for convenience stores. The views are great, the pool is amazing, the sauna is great too. All in all, a great place to stay!

We stayed here for two nights. We had the one-bedroom suite. This hotel is completely outdated. Everything is old and feels old. The sofa bed we needed the use was so old that springs were off and constantly make a weird squeaky sound; I mean non-stop. The heating/cooling system is old, so if you are there in transitional seasons when some days cold and some days hot, the chances are that you will either be super cold in your room or super hot because they cannot have both systems running at the same time. In our case, we were there when Montreal suddenly got very cold. So we were freezing in our room, until we were notified that the hotel finally decided perhaps due to many complaints to turn on their central heating system. I was shocked to see no water in the room, not even to sell. If you need water in the middle of the night, you need to go downstairs and get it from the reception. The bathrooms were both clogged and water was not going down easily. The hotel does not have a proper restaurant onsite. They serve you breakfast in a tiny place and for that we needed to stand in line for over 40 minutes for someone to come and say hello to us. Three families ahead of us were fed up with the situation and left. The second morning, we did not even bother. When I called the front desk to tell them about the bed, a lady by the name of Melissa, told me "such is life, it is not perfect, problems happen unfortunately." I was shocked. So all and all, we travel a lot. This was probably the 20th hotel we stayed at this Summer between the US, Canada and Europe. Stay away from this one. With their pricing, you can do a lot and I mean it a lot better.

We had a wonderful stay because we had our dream wedding at the Omni Hotel. The room they gave us for our wedding was impeccable. Breathtaking views and we were treated first class! From start to finish, the team was dedicated to make sure this special day ran smoothly. I cannot compliment the staff enough we had the opportunity to work with Séverine & Halim - superb professionalism, great communication, welcoming, they did everything in their ability to adapt to our schedule, to address all concerns we had. The service was timely. The food was delicious, the entire ambiance amazing. The wedding was a huge success because of this hotel. You can tell these people are passionate in what they do. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic stay or wedding! You will not regret it!
