Holiday Inn Montreal Aeroport- Airport

Very convenient. Lobby is beautiful but rooms definitely need upgrades. Price is steep for what you’re getting, you’re paying for convenience more than anything else. Bed was comfy and firm, bedding was of good quality. Our shower leaked like crazy but we left early and forgot to let staff know- sorry! The gave us a larger room since ours wasn’t ready but it was oddly large and felt barren. The bedroom had a hilarious cück chair setup which gave us a good laugh. The restaurant is a huge rip off so would try to eat away from the hotel if you are able. Very limited food options and quality just wasn’t there, with slow service.

Booked into a hotel upon my return from the Varibbean, only to discover upon my arrival that they were closed ! After multiple searches for an available room at 9pm, most hotels were full. However, this Holiday Inn went over and above to find me a room last minute, and the service was exceptional. My sincere thanks to the staff, and they even provided a shuttle to the VIA train station this morning. Highly recommended. In the meantime, I have some issues with my hotel booking agent that allowed me to book a hotel that was closed ! How does this happen ? To be continued...

The Holiday Inn & Suites Montreal airport was nice for the night. The room was large and comfortable. Only one or two things were not up to the right level. The water of the swimming pool was very cold where the water from the hot tub was too hot. The sauna was right so. The food was tasty for a hotel restaurant but the service at the bar restaurant was a little upside down. Hopefully we were starting our vacation and we didn't really mind.

Was surprised that rooms didn't have USB sockets in this day age. I have gotten used to that installation at hotels over the past couple years. So I didn't even bring a charger. Some of my travel party had problems with heat in their room and warm water. The staff however was top notch.Rooms: 3/5

We booked a room for the night, near the airport due to a canceled flight. We booked over the phone. They charged us full price for last minute booking. We arrived at the airpot two hours after booking the room. Upon arrival, at check in, we are informed of the power outage at the hotel. We asked, why we weren’t informed of this at time of booking over phone. She stated matter of factually, if we want she can cancel the booking. Once we have arrived, paid the taxi to the hotel, and no place to go immediately after arriving with a disabled woman. I laughed. I did not know what else to say, or do. She offered to cancel our booking once we had arrived and sent off our taxi and brought in all our luggage. Our room has no heat, no wifi, no light, and we are sitting in a cold dark room. We had to walk up the stairs with our luggage. No one offered to help. Three ladies with a disabled woman, not once did anyone offer to carry the bags up. Do not book here! Dishonestly operated.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Holiday Inn located near the Montreal airport. While the rooms are a bit out-dated, I read previous reviews and I'm hopeful to see the place post renovations. Despite the room's outdated design, it was still comfortable and clean. The pool was a bit chilly for my liking, but the hot tub was nice and relaxing. The environment around the hotel was quite pleasant, with plenty of light and a peaceful ambiance. However, the slow wifi was a bit of a letdown. At times, I was only able to get 0.60 mbps, which made it difficult to get work done. Despite this, the staff was friendly and attentive, and they did their best to make my stay enjoyable. Overall, while there were a few issues, I had a decent experience at the Holiday Inn. I'm excited to see the updates after the renovations are complete, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Stayed for two nights. Found the rooms to be large and well equipped...each had a fridge, a Keurig, microwave and a generous supply of coffee pods and accessories. There was a hairdryer, soaps, lotions, etc. in the large bathroom. Our rooms had a couch and easy chair, desk chair and and second lounge chair room was suitable for a small meeting. The room was neat and clean when we checked in. There were two flat scree TV's in each room. Wi-fi was free and signal was strong. The lobby is bright and modern, as is the bar/restaurant. The restaurant was open for breakfast and supper. Breakfast was as expected from a modern chain hotel. Supper was a smaller menu, but all of the food was tasty, hot and served in a timely manner. The wait staff is the restaurant was excellent...very friendly and helpful....as was the front desk crew. Parking was in their own lot with several handicap stalls near the entrance, An enjoyable experience. I would stay again.
