Hotel Manor + Bar

Great view of the mountains and the pine Creek off of the deck. Food was Awesome!! We drove 3 hours to try the food and it was well worth it. The rooms were clean but not extravagant...however, you aren't going to be spending time in your room while here! The food is very well priced and the rooms are offered at a decent price as well. There are fishing and hiking and biking trails within sight of the parking lot. Well worth the trip!!!

Lunched here twice as a mid-ride stop along the Pine Creek Trail. Both meals were excellent and service was outstanding. Fish & Chips was fresh and tasty, a Burger the next day was a HUGE 1/2 pounder prepared exactly to order. Drinks were terrific and the views from the BIG windows or the outside deck were beautiful of the Autumn Foliage. If I bring family along next time, we'll make this our stop for the night.

We like to go to the restaurant to experience the seasons. The dining room has a wall of windows facing Pine Creek and the steep slope of the canyon rising out of the creek. In the fall, the hillside is awash with color. In the summer, the emphasis is on the creek, where rafters and canoests float by. The food is tasty and they have a wide selection of bottled beer.

We make it a point to visit "The Manor" every trip to the family cabin. The food is outstanding, the brew list is decent, and the service is pleasant. Can't go wrong. The Manor is the most pleasant surprise when you want a nice dinner and drink in the northern PA mountains...

Cool bar, very nice rooms, great food. The staff was awesome! Will be coming back for sure.
