Hotel Bedford

I ate at the Bedford a few weeks back and then went back last week for a few drinks with friends. To start the food was cold and bland in taste , the fries were like cardboard and the gravy was over cooked or re heated from the day before, then a gentleman was causing a disturbing problem which they did nothing about stabbed a knife into a table but when a nice older lady was cut off because the management had a issue with her because she was loud spoken and the manager Dan is his name grabbed her drink and tossed it and started yelling at this woman saying for her to hit him . I would not recommend this place or any other business owned by this company to a horse and pony show . I’ll be taking my business to other establishments in goderich . The owner should reach out to this woman and give her an apology and fire his management staff and train the ones left to deal with customers properly

I used to enjoy going to this place until recently as I have experienced ALOT of disrespect lately in which has tanted my out look on this establishment! As a paying customer I felt I was treated very poorly by the so called Manager named Dan. If you don’t enjoy your job I suggest you find a new one the display of ignorance is unacceptable when you are in a management position DO BETTER

Remember' You get what you pay for. It is a low budget priced hotel. It needs updating, has no elevator, lots of stairs to climb. Found the bed clean and comfortable. If you need a place to crash for the night it's reasonable value. I am sure if they could afford to upgrade, they would do it. afterall it is Goderich.

Was a place to lay my head very, very dated!nClean, but not attractive, carpet was disgusting. Bed was hard and a few pillows were lumpy. This place has so much potential, but needs a lot of $$ This was a one and done for usnfor sure? Staff behind the counter needs more personality.

The staff at The Bedford Hotel where so accommodating. We came from out of town for a course I was taking and they accommodated my husband so he wasn't sitting in the car for 8 hours a day. We truly appreciate their hospitality.
