They need to hire more staff/ doctors, I was waiting for over 10 hours and still did not see a doctor,I’ve watched over 8 people walk out due to the long waiting periods. This unreal !

Small hospital but we'll organized and friendly.

My partner had an ectopic pregnancy on a Saturday afternoon, we went to the emergency room. She was quickly taken care of. The operation was done quickly and the maternity department team was on target!

I went there for an operation, excellent service, very human from all the staff, from admission, to samples, cardiology and the operating room. Doctor Castro Nestor is very kind and empathetic. I'm on the south shore of MTL, the route is definitely worth doing. Quality staff, cheap parking, less waiting at the emergency room, you couldn't ask for better :-

Phew. For. The quality of care will be reviewed. My partner has been there for more than a week, she arrived with a diagnosis of ischemic colitis, a very serious disease. She spent 2 days under observation in this department nothing to say. Then we sent him to solitary confinement on the 2nd floor phew that's where the delirium started. The doctor prescribes what to him and the nurses tell us that he doesn't follow what the doctor prescribed and they don't want to follow the doctor's instructions. Then she rings the bell. It takes 1 hour before someone shows up to tell them I'll be back with your medicine but another 1 hour later. The doctor changes we come across Doctor Guillaume L not to name him. He laughs in her face and makes fun of her. When I see ads on television saying, we don't want to accept government offers because we care about our patients . Well, it’s rubbish for the people on the 2nd floor. When you don't like your job, you change jobsnSorel Hospital I gave 1 star because I couldn't give -10.
