Hospital Hotel-Dieu

They need to hire more staff/ doctors, I was waiting for over 10 hours and still did not see a doctor,I’ve watched over 8 people walk out due to the long waiting periods. This unreal !

the nurse who examined my daughter told us that her eardrum was beautiful, despite the pink discharge and hearing loss. She classified it as non-urgent and made us understand that there was little point in staying given her classification and the people in the room. I ended up finding an SRDV in St Hyacinte and the doctor was angry that we hadn't consulted him before. After I told her about our visit to the emergency room, she clearly told me that this nurse does not know how to do an assessment correctly, my daughter had a severe ear infection with perforation of the eardrum.

Very good service from the staff during my hospitalization. The nurses are super good. Everyone gives great service. They are all angels. Thank you for everything you have done for me. You are Super Heroes.

You are imbeciles all along the line,n2024-09-12 7:30 p.m.n2 year old child who tumbled down the steps,nBleeding, dizziness and you fault us waiting 4 hours without news without any check up to make sure everything is fine!!!!nnYou are idiots without genius,nA real impossibility team without any judgment,nNo professionalismnNo courtesynNo waynNo politenessnnA major administrative and management cleaning should be done, as well as several layoffs should be made in this mess!!!
