Hôpital Honoré Mercier

I can't believe they let my friend go home after being operated and he had to be on antibiotics on a schedule,put in HIS OWN IV on a schedule and drive himself to the closest CLSC to have the bandaged area changed by a nurse because they couldn't send someone..he wasn't eating properly ,had not had a proper stool yet..I was in shock when I found out he was released not even 2 day after his surgery.WELL HE IS BACK AT HIS HOSPITALbecause they didn't do a proper job and his wound opened and he was unable to keep food down..TERRIBLE JOB HONORE MERCIER

The two-person hospital room is comfortable and nice.

Had an appointment at 10:45, at 12:15 was told we needed another xray two had been done 3 days prior and then was told the doctor was on his lunch hour and would return at 12:45. I assume it saouls have been too complicated to get the xray while waiting for over an hour and a half.

I don't know why the ratings on this hospital are so low, it's the best care I've ever gotten.nnI came here on Monday night experiencing heart failure. I'm only 26, it was a very unexpected and terrifying experience. I'm still in the hospital, and will be for the rest of the week recovering.nnBeing Anglo on top of things, it can be very hit-or-miss on whether you're going to get treated second class when getting government services, even on a good day.nnFrom the emergency room to cardiology to the ICU, the countless staff I've interacted with, including the nurses, doctors, and specialists, have all been absolutely incredible. I'm thankful to be under the watch of such attentive people. Thank you all!

We've been to this hospital for my father many times over the course of the last year and can honestly say their level of care is unmatched in comparison to many hospitals on the south shore of Montreal. All around, they are extremely competent and knowledgeable, empathetic and truly care about their patient's well being. My father's kidney specialist and his team are extremely proactive. We are very grateful for this hospital on the southshore.
