Horton's Camping Resort

We love this place. Year 9 here.

Great campground. Showers and restrooms are provided, and regularly cleaned. The roads within the camp are quite narrow but well maintained. The on site store has most things you'll ever need and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are very friendly as long as you behave. The quiet hours from 11pm to 8am are usually enforced. This probably isn't the best place to bring a dozen screaming kids who will run into other sites and hit the cars with baseballs. (This happened and was taken care of) If you are a small group looking for some peace and quiet, this is where you want to be. The location is amazing. It is a short walk or bike ride to a few great beaches. There are nearby trails as well. I will be returning next summer for sure.

This campground was a place where we came every year, it was a perfect family place. They did some renovations recently and when we came they had taken out all the underbrush and so it was like camping in a dry sandy barren wasteland. I wish I could give negative stars. There were no other people and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed here and I heard a bunch of Mexicans screaming and ramming rocks against guitars and then they came over and told them to shut up and that was a great part of my stay at this resort
