I have always dealt with Hornby's florists in Welland. i live a long distance from Family and they have always given me what I want. I would them for any occasion M Oliver, Kapuskasing,ON

Walked into Hornby Florists to order flowers for my grandmother that had passed away and there was a lady at the counter and a gentleman in the back room behind the counter. After standing in their small establishment for about three minutes the lady finally acknowledges me with a snarky "Hi" as though she is annoyed I am there, so I blew it off and asked her if I can get an arrangement done for my grandmother and get them delivered to the funeral home, she made a loud sigh and rudely said no we can't and went back to do whatever it was she was doing, then the guy poked his head out and said we can't help you, I 'am too busy. I do not understand the attitude from the lady, a simple smile, and sorry we cannot help you because we are too busy or whatever is fine, but she clearly needs a lesson in customer service. There is other flower shops in town (specifically South Pelham Rd...cough... "Goodmans Florist") that are more than happy to have mine and my families business.

My Grandmother's service was just yesterday the castket arrangement and mine (Grandma arrangement) were from here, absolutely stunning and very affordable My family was very impressed with what they did for us and in the amount of time it was needed for us we can not thank them enough. Thank you from the Landry family
