The vétérinaire and the assistant were very polite and treated my fur kids kindly.
Give me appointment at 3h30 pm, call me back to change for 1h30 pm. The morning of appointment they call me again to confirm my appointment at 1h30, when I arrive to my appointment they said my appointment is 3h30 pm…. they made mistake and they don’t care about fixing it. Have spend thousands of dollars at that place, was always very kind to them but now they just lost my three dogs forever. I don’t recommend that place at all cost.
We ask for a specific doctor and took an appointment. Then we went a the appointment. It was a different doctor so we refused and went bback home. Very disappointed.
A big Thank you for taking my dog in a last minute appointment when he had been injured in his back. Very professional staff and friendly.
