I had a wonderful experience with Hoover Kacyon and Corinne Six. A review mentions lack of communication, but I had the complete opposite experience. Everyone there was sooo nice and available to answer questions. I was well informed and the firm represented me well! I got everything I wanted from my ex. I’ll also be using them for some other legal issues I have coming up!

I just left the office ofJoseph A Kacyon, where I had gone for matters of estate planning, will and related documents. I was impressed with his demeanor , expertise and integrity. I felt at ease immediately, while he explained the complexities of the legal system.  I left with all my matters resolved, very satisfied and grateful. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing legal services.

I had the displeasure of meeting Miss Six retaining her firm. I severed ties with them almost immediately but was billed $270.50 for trivial attorney fees and another $105 to use my credit card to put the retainer down. While I have issue with the fees I have more of an issue with the fact I called the office for nine days to speak to Miss Six or someone in charge and was given the runaround, diverted to Voicemail or promised I would be receiving a return call that never came. This is a poor work ethic and poor customer service policy on their part it's offensive and completely unprofessional I am extremely unhappy with my dealings with this firm Erin S

Not very happy with my representation.  I feel the council that came with me on my initial hearing was not prepared for my hearing.  They did not request what I had discussed with my lawyer.  Because of that I had to dismiss my case.  I spent over a week trying to contact my lawyer.  His office repeatedly said he was on a call or in a meeting and that he would call me back in five minutes.  I was never contacted by my my lawyer again.  I had to finally contact another lawyer in the firm to get my case dismissed.  All in all I feel grossly underrepresented and overcharged.  Even the final bill I just recieved today, it was printed 12/14/17 due 12/29/17.  It was postmarked 12/21/17 so I recieved it 5 days before it was due.  I hope this review will help others keep from making the same mistake I made which cost me thousands of dollars.  They even carged me $20 when I called to make sure they got my message to dismiss the case.

A first class organization. I started as a vendor and ended up a customer. They have a very family like atmosphere there. I would definitely recommend them.
