I have to say Carla has made my children feel welcome from the first time we walked in. Great customer service, fast appointment books, and calls back very fast. She is the reason we continue there.

The best. Staff is so friendly and made me feel comfortable. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Enjoyed my experience at the dentist which doesn't happen often!

The service was great! I don't really feel to comfortable at most dentist offices, but I felt comfortable and relaxed here!

Please don't go here. You get what you pay for... and I wish I could leave it at that. Dr. Fitzner not only missed identifying the majority of my cavities during my exam, but during my 1st filling appointment he froze the wrong side of my mouth. He then froze the approproate side, but I felt no freezing. On NEITHER side. He told me I must not freeze well. (Untrue as I have had tons of dental work done) He gave me around another 12 needles or so over the next hour and a half to try and get me frozen. I was there for 4 hours for two fillings! Absolutely ridiculous experience. I went to Sierra Springs Dental for my exam today and they discovered douzens of cavities that Dr. Fitzner failed to mention to me. The staff at Sierra are a million times more friendly and seemingly more educated. I highly recommend Sierra over Hoot Smile any day. Please don't waste your time and money at Hoot :( the one positive thing I can say about my time at Hoot was that Dr. Fitzer's assistant was very nice. Thank you for reading.
