Airdrie Family dentist is truly amazing. They are so helpful, thoughtful, kind and gentle. I had a really baby experience in the pat and was very reluctant to go back to a dentist office. Linda was my dental hygienist and she was amazing, I would highly recommend her. She is truly professional and a great person. I will gladly go back and see her. Dr Kowalchuck is also very professional, skilled, and full of knowledge. I highly recommend ConfiDental.

I've been going to ConfiDental for more than a year now and I've always had a great experience. The staff are approachable, nice and polite. They explained my treatment plan to me thoroughly and they dealt with my insurance company on my behalf which I was thankful for. I've been to 3 dental clinics before and ConfiDental is the best one when it comes to service! Thank you to all the amazing staff especially to Karla, Stephanie and Dr. Dwayne!

I love everyone in this clinic. The first person you'll talk to is Karla and she is so cheerful and legitimately seems to love her job. She is so easy to deal with and works hard to accommodate my family's busy schedule. Next Dr K is fantastic. He does great work and has this easy quiet way about him that will calm the most anxious dental patients. The dental assistants and hygienists are also awesome and super nice.

I am so impressed with the care received at this clinic. I am very nervous to be going to a dentist and my experience here was second to none. It was pain free, and the staff are so kind and comforting. I no longer feel anxious at the thought of stepping into a dental clinic. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. So glad I have found you for our family.

Honestly, I'm not surprised this joint has nothing less than 5.0 stars. I'm not big on going to dentists as most aren't but I knew I couldn't put this off any longer. I scheduled a cleaning before my extraction because let's just git 'er done and Linda was nothing short of amazing! She was very kind and gentle, walked me through what she was doing as she was doing it and even willing to teach and explain the nerdy stuff to me, which I appreciated very much! I definitely put Dr. K and Cassidy through a marathon with my extraction but both were very calm and kind through the whole process, even though I'm sure we all just wanted this to wrap up near the end. They too explained to me what was going on as it was happening which helped keep me calm and as relaxed as I could be while having my face drilled into and I don't think that could be praised enough!!! 10 outta 10 would recommend! For a dentist, I even kind of look forward to going back... Thank you!!!

Went in for a new patient cleaning and had a great experience! All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Office was clean and modern. I highly recommend seeing Linda for your cleaning. She was very gentle and thorough.

Going to the Dentist is not the funnest thing to do in the world, especially since I get bad anxiety and have had a few bad experiences at other places. I fully informed the staff of this at ConfiDENTAL and they were very accommodating and gentle. I felt zero sensitive spots while they were cleaning and their office is full of fun/energetic staff, so much that my oldest daughter wants to be a dentist when she grows up! Plus they gave my family and myself mini teeth whitening kits plus other goodies when we signed on as new patients. I’ve been several times now and this is the right fit for me.

I am a retired hygienist and happy to say Dr. Kowalchuk provided compassionate and thoughtful care today for a young pregnant woman experiencing issues with her orthodontic braces. He did a thorough examination and relieved her discomfort. He provided a practical treatment plan going forward. It was a very positive experience for her and I recommend this office for comprehensive dental care.

My daughter required her wisdom teeth out and our dentist could unfortunately not accommodate a time that worked for us. I reached out to ConfiDental Airdrie and they were able to get us in right away. The compassion and care by all of the staff has been amazing. I would highly recommend.

I have recently visited Confidential Airdrie and I can’t express enough how amazing everyone there is. I wish I could give them 10 stars because that is exactly what confidential deserves. After I checked in I had to wait a few moments. Carla at the front desk was amazing. She helped other patients with rescheduling for new appointments and look for dates and times that could work. I truly hate getting any dental work done including a cleaning, because the majority of my experiences have not been great. I have extremely sensitive gums, so needless to say I stress out. Linda did my teeth cleaning and she was top notch. We talked about options she could use on my gums to make my experience better. And she did. Linda is very knowledgeable and truly listens and invests her time to get to know her patients. What impressed me was Linda didn’t just focus on the problems and negatives, but also the positives of my dental and gum care With that Lind gave me some suggestions. Linda is absolutely amazing. Thank you for what you do Linda!!! Dr Best did my filling and it was a positive experience. He techniques were amazing. She explained absolutely everything no matter how many questions I asked Dr Best took her time and explained everything. Dental assistant Nicole was lighting fast assisting Dr Best. She knew what Dr Best needed before she said it. I had some good laughs with all of them during my visit. I really enjoyed my visit and recommend Confidential Airdrie to anyone.
