Our car got towed into Hood Star in really rough shape. Despite the circumstances of choosing this place, we really could not have been happier! They were friendly, prompt, and extremely accommodating. Our car was fixed ASAP and when we went to pick it up we barely recognized it as they'd really gone the extra mile with a wash, wax, vacuum, and fix of other repairs we hadn't even mentioned. We were so thrilled with the service here that even though we're moving out of the city the whole ride home we tried to tactically plan trips to Vancouver around our repair/maintenance schedule. Thank you Hood Star!
