Doc's Autobody

We're out of towners. Google auto body shop and this was the first hit listed. Spoke with the head manager about our issue. We walked in without an appointment. The manager came out and looked at our car and gave us honest and genuine advice. We didn't make an agreement on a repair. He informed and educated us on the issue and gave an honest and genuine answer to our question and concern. Gave me a genuine feelings of honesty and trust. If we were local and ever had a need for a body shop this is where we'd go, despite potential cost. Left feeling we'd be taken care of both matter what the situation would be. I'm a very good judge of character. This place has more character than you could ever expect/want. Thank you Doc's Auto body for an honest and sincere experience.

What a treat it is to deal with TRUE professionals like STEVE and JOE, and for that matter everyone else that I have spoken to at the Doc's. Speaking of the shop, you can tell that the staff take pride in their work because the shop is as clean as could be. At reception you are greeted by 2 smiling and happy ladies that will cheerfully offer you a cup of fresh brewed coffee. Steve will answer all of your questions and concerns and stick handle you through the ICBC nightmare. Then Joe takes over and whips your ride back in shape because he actually cares about what he is doing and it shows! Keep up the good work Doc's, no one else is even close to being in your league.

Got my 2016 F150 truck fixed at Doc's a couple of weeks ago by Steve and his team. The service is absolutely outstanding and they make you feel like a priority. The work was done perfectly and with a simile. I will highly recommend this auto body shop to any friends and family as my experience dealing with them was nothing but the best. This is the way a business should be run. Well done!

I just went in for a quote but the personal attention and information from Steve was very thorough and highly impressive. Have had work done before with flawless results. Highly recommended!
