The loan process is quick and pain free. All of the employees I have had the pleasure of working with have always been courteous and easy to work with. Highly recommended for your banking needs.

Shelby Ledesma was amazing, she did my home equity in less than two weeks from start to finish!!! Shelby and Russell always gets everything done for me fast!!

Went into this branch location today to open a business account. I had all my documentation as this is the 4th business I've had. Teller was very pleasant and kind. The bank on duty at 1pm 8/12. Was aggressive and dismissive. No name introduction or even a hello just I doubt  you have all the documentation you need" she made a judgment without asking us for the documentation we had. The branch was busy and clearly she was agitated worse service I've ever gotten at the bank. We walk out and decided to open our account at chase instead and will be move the account we have with this bank. I would not recommend this bank.

I throughly enjoy working with everyone at the Honor Benton Harbor branch! I am always greeted with a smile and positive attitude. When employees enjoy where they work it certainly shines through and makes all the difference. I use Honor for my personal and business needs. After coming from a very corporate background where I previously worked with the largest banks in the US on a daily basis, it’s very beneficial to work with a smaller Credit Union such as Honor. They are hands down faster, more efficient and easier to deal with for banking needs.

Andrew, and the Team at Honor credit are THE best folks to go to for all of your banking needs. You don't get much friendlier service, not afraid to take the time to fix any problems or concerns. Wish I would've started out with Honor Credit Union many years ago. Thank You Honor Credit!!! The ONLY banking choice for me and my Family

I recently opened an account at Honor Credit Union and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a business in a very long time.   I'm not sure what happened to good customer service but I am grateful that Honor still believes in it!

I recently joined HCU closing all accounts with previous credit union with horrible customer service & overall lack of respect for members. So far HCU has been truly impressive and helpful. The willingness to go the extra mile and do all of the little things is amazing and shows they really do treat their members like family.
