Honda Extreme was founded over 30 years ago by George Reid. Absolutely Great Customer Service And Product. Walked In Last Night, Shortly Before Closing, Having Previously Called To Make Sure The Item I Wanted Was In Stock. The Person On the Phone, More Than Expected Answered All My Questions Honestly And With Great Knowledge Of The Product I Was Looking At. I Was Sold Once Hearing The Information Provided. Drove To The Store, Actually Seen The Store Numerous Times, But Have Never Stopped In, Really Glad I Did. I Walked In With My Family In Tow, Staff Were More Than Friendly, Knowledgeable And Helpful. I Dealt With Jared And Could Not Have Asked For A Better Experience. The Sale Went Extremely Smooth Even Though My Wife Was Trying Her Best To Get Any Sort Of Discount Possible, Jared Kept His Cool Through Her Whole Joking Process And Didn't Flinch A Bit Even When I Thought She Might Have Been Pushing The Discount On A New Item Too Far. Had He Been A Little Less Flustered Of Someone Asking For A Discount On A Brand New Item, He Would've Offered Her A Chewy Candy To Keep Her Mouth Busy While He Wrote Up The Paperwork. However, The Candies Did Keep My Kids Busy, Which Was A Plus. After The Sale, I Pulled The Truck Up To The Front Door, But Of Course The Machine I Purchased Would Not Fit In My Truck With The Tonneau Cover On, After Numerous Attempts Of Fitting It In, Jared Asked Where We Live And Offered To Deliver On His Way Home, Saving Me Another Trip, Even Though It Should Have Been My Responsibility To Find Another Way. What More Could I Seriously Ask For As A First Time Customer. A Great Local Business Going Above And Beyond Is Hard To Find Nowadays. The Machine I Purchased Is Assemble On Site At Honda Extreme Powerhouse And This Morning I Did A Once Over Of Fluids And Adjustments And Everything Was Assembled Perfectly, I Ran The Machine And It Ran Like A Top, Absolutely No Complaints. One Of The Best Purchasing Experiences I Have Had In A Long Time And I Am Looking Forward To Going Back For More Toys, As Soon As The Wife Gets Over Not Getting A Discount And Allows Me To Spend More On Toys. Keep Up The Great Work Honda Extreme Powerhouse, Looking Forward To Supporting Local In The Future.
Been going here a lot lately. Have had to order in most of my stuff but its typically in Calgary and usually here next day. Been dealing with Mitchell in parts who has been very helpful. Definitely recommend coming here.
Guys don't buy the new Honda mowers yet - From my experience the older Honda models are far more superior than the new ones - Parts service for the older Honda models is still pretty good still even in 2021 - I'm giving a 4 star review due to the poor Location as it's really far away Good Service Poor Location Superior Older Honda models Review made on Sept 28th/10:41am/2021
In today for my bike’s first service. As always, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and the bike came back even better than when I dropped it off. Can’t say enough nice things about Honda Extreme, only bike shop in the Edmonton area I’d recommend to friends and family.

Terrible customer service… Our son did the Red Rider program so we went to check out kids bikes and gear, not a single person acknowledged that we were in store. No greeting, no one asking if we need help. So we walked out and will not be purchasing anything from this store. Very disappointing.
Just bought a new motorcycle, overall great experience, it's always a pleasure dealing with Jared and Adrian. Over the past few years I've dealt with sales, parts and service departments for multiple bikes and I've always been very satisfied. It's one of my favourite places to visit, highly recommended!
Just picked up the new Honda Pioneer 700-4 today. I can only speak in superlative terms about this store, probably the best Honda motor sport outfit in Alberta in my opinion. Great experience from the initial contact, through no pressure sales, modifications, and final delivery. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful service oriented personnel. The GM is one of the most responsive, courteous, responsible sales persons I have ever met. Competitive prices, timely installation and workorder completion despite the supply chain difficulties every dealership is experiencing during the current Covid "panicdemia." What can I say, I wouldn't shop anywhere else for Honda sport equipment. Back again in March 2022 for service and some accessories for the ATV. Great service as usual.
Recently purchased a CB500X and Honda Ruckus. Adrien was wonderful to deal with and treated us like part of the family. Great place and people to buy anything Honda from. Thank you for everything!
