The Mayor of the City of Guelph do not get back to you if you have a concern about the city, especially the public transit. It is the worst public transit I ever seen. Never on time and my daughter who depend on the public transit to go to the Guelph University is always late due because the bus is off time. Never on time. Either it will come 15 minutes before the posted time or 15 minutes after the posted time and than the time changes constantly. As for the management team of the bus company, do not care about the complaints customers make. Guelph is a beautiful city and I am very disappointed about a lot of things. I moved here to support my daughter two months ago from another great city where the buses are great. I try to encourage my two daughters to use the public transit instead of driving to places when we can avoid polluting the air.
