The hotel was clean, and the rooms were well-appointed. They even provided daily room cleaning, which has become a rarity these days. The gym was decent, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was solid.nnI stayed there during my birthday, and when my wife and kids decided to drive up and join me, the hotel didn’t charge extra for their stay or for the additional parking. It’s the small gestures like these that elevate an experience from just okay to truly great. The team here clearly understands that.
I had a great stay here. Hotel is newly built. The room was spacious, and clean. Front desk staff were professional and friendly. They served free drink and light meal. Niloofar was very friendly and helped us lot. Highly recommended!
We had a beautiful stay at Homewood Suites! The room was immaculate when we arrived and had plenty of space to accommodate our family of 5. The breakfast buffet was delicious but extremely busy and was very hard to find seating, regardless of what time we tried to go eat. The pool area was very clean and was nice and refreshing. The pool ladder in the deeper end of the pool had a broken step, making it unusable. However, there were still the steps in the shallow end to get in the pool. The teenagers enjoyed the gym facility, which had a good variety of equipment for their workouts. It's was a very enjoyable stay, and we will definitely be back when back in Ottawa!
Fantastic Stay!! Great hotel! They served free & beer and a light meal. Most hotels don’t do that anymore. Rooms were large and new and clean and quiet. The man who helped us was Lovejot. He was wonderful and kind and professional, so helpful. Highly recommend.
Very nice hotel offering large suites. I had a king room with a comfortable bed, seating area, large bathroom, kitchen, and living room area. Clean and quiet, the room also had a large selection of towels various sizes, hair dryer, and various soaps, shampoo, and lotion.nnThere's a buffet breakfast in the morning and coffee is available throughout the day.nnLoads of parking with easy access to the Infinity Convention Centre, a Starbucks, A&W, and Lone Star restaurant.nnIt's also easy to drive into the heart of Ottawa from the location.nnThe staff were very friendly and helpful. Great hotel if you have things to do in the area.
