Hometown Pizza II

This is a nice little restaurant along Route 118 in Harwinton and a little Plaza just before you turn onto 183 towards Torrington. I've got very good pizza and a variety of things in the menu. It is a well-established restaurant that gets many visitors, and I love the woman who works there she is very pleasant and very attentive to the customer.

Absolutely love this place. Pizza, salads, grinders are the best. The waitstaff is always the most welcoming!

extremely upset and unsatisfied customer service. The menu says order by number but there must of been some confusion because we didn't get the right pizza. Half of the pizza is shrimp which is a number 13 but we had ordered Hawaiian which is a number 14. my family is allergic to seafood. When we called about the confusion the lady did not help us, was super rude, and basically told us it was our fault. Also she did not repeat the number back to us serval times as she had claimed on the phone. so now we wasted 20$ on a pizza we can't even eat. We regularly get from here & will now not be returning.
