Bank of America Financial Center

Not a fan of this branch, my mim has been a long time customer.. and i felt leaving there not very welcomed by some staff members.. will be going to another branch to discuss my mother's needs

Their customer service was okay (compared to other large banks in the area), but they are real quick to apply fees. There were a few times, I was supposed to have until the end of the business day to make sure my account was positive. They lied. They assess $35 fees for overdraft items even if the account is brought positive by the end of the day. Another one of their favorite tricks, if something unavoidable happens and you're going to go negative, they will put the largest items through first so they can assess $35 fees on all of the little $5 and $10 transactions on the day. They will add $300 fees and refuse to remove any of them. I suppose if you're wealthy and never make mistakes, this may be a good bank, but for the rest of us, steer clear of Bank of America and stick with the smaller banks and credit unions. They are much friendlier and easier to work with.

They are rude and they don't treat all people the same. They treat people who work in the fields not as politely as they do to the other people. They need more people who speak spanish. It needs better service.

Located near Larson building and treat you like deadbeat if you use their parking lot even if you trade at business next door.

I have been a customer of Bank of America for 10 years!!! They started charging me a $15 monthly fee for having an account with them. I asked to have it waived since I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. They refused. That's over $150 a year of my money they are taking. I changed my automatic withdrawal at my gym to come out of an account I have at Wells Fargo rather than Bank of America, but the gym never changed it in their system so it over drafted my account at Bank of America. Bank of America of course charged me a $35 overdraft fee, which they refused to waive not even as a courtesy for me being a long time customer. I even had the paperwork from the gym saying it was unauthorized to come out of that account so even though I didn't authorize it they still refused to refund me the overdraft amount. Needless to say I have closed all my accounts there. They are corrupt and will try to get any money they can out of you. Take your money somewhere else.
