We are so pleased we stumbled across Orpington Bathroom Co, after searching high & low for vanity units that matched our taste at a good price, we finally found a store that has a wide variety of outstanding quality stock matched with reassuring customer service.  Many other stores we visited offered over the top prices for basically MFI quality. We are more than please with Orpington Bathroom Co and Dan the store manager was attentive and helpful in answering our questions with patience. We will certainly be returning to purchase more products with confidence, highly recommend.

All members of staff have fantastic knowledge of all products.Even if it means selling something cheaper and not making as much profit, they will advise you as if they were buying for themselves. The added 20-25% discount from the listed prices give you the "high end" products at a very affordable price. Even store our products for us until our loft conversion is ready. 100% recommended. A fantastic place for The professional tradesperson and homeowner. I have used both branches for a number of years, always met  with a positive reception, quality products, good stock, quick turnaround all at a reasonable price. They are sympathetic towards keeping businesses working and even in the case that I have thrown up a last minute impossibility, they have done their utmost to help. I am comfortable to send clients mostly homeownersto the showroom which has a fantastic choice to cater for a broad taste and they communicate the necessary information in to layman’s terms, ending with a stress free and happy turnaround for all.

I was a total pain ordered a complete bathroom suite and then the next day completely changed my mind changed the order to a different suite all together the guys couldn't help enough.  I had order a one piece shower screen and the guys had no issue with dropping it off to me at no charge everything they could do in Orpington branch they did and there knowledge was second to none even to the point of attempting to talk me out of the black shower in to a CHEAPER chrome as it would be easier to manage in the long run I really can't thank them enough and advice anyone that is looking to plumbing advice and supplies to go to them even if it is out of your way.  Thanks again guys

Purchased two shower trays, returned the trays within one hour of purchase because the waste hole position wasn't explained clearly. Shower trays where NOT opened or damaged and the charged me 25% £62.50. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY  Majority of other bathroom companies don't charge anywhere near 25%, or NOTHING for returning untouched items, so WHY buy from Orpington Bathroom Co..

Poor customer service or no customer service. Bought a shower enclosure via wrong information provided by Gavin. Who refused to have it swapped over. This cost us an additional £495. Should have gone to Lilleys in Eltham who are professional and have an excellent back up. Buy at your own peril!!!
