Very helpful staff, always eager to help. I almost always find a great deal I wasn’t looking for every time I visit this store

The local home hardware is always clean and well organized. They have a large variety of products and knowledgeable staff to guide you. I really enjoy their large gardening and craft selection!

Waited at sales desk 20 minutes for assistance, with next to nobody in store, to eventually be helped by a quite knowledgable girl and told they have no inventory and and no customer washroom.

Amazing place tried to cut a key for me didn't work only because my car is very hard key to find but still tried there best

For the most part ok, I always find that they are over priced for lumber, competition like the co-op home center is actually cheaper and has a better selection of wood, and it is covered much better than home hardware, where they actually keep their lumber uncovered, and you cant even select some of the boards you buy so for me this is a complete bust, because if I'm finishing a product and I have s board that's twisted and bowed and I have no say in what boards they throw onto my truck I think that's pretty bad company edicut. Staff is friendly that is definitely not the problem but alot of the complaints is focused on the price points on most of the products, especially power tools.

They didn't have much of their normal stock then.

Good, knowledgeable staff, but sometimes have to work at getting their attention. Lots of stock in the store; aisles are bit tight. Parking is good, could stand to stay open a little later on weekdays.
