Sad exp.most businesses closed due to covid shutdown! Ok otherwise!

Absolutely gorgeous place to be with a taste of luxury and great service!!! We enjoyed every moment- from food to interior and window view!!

Went to second floor on Saturday with the wife. We were looking at the Moncler section and a Patrice greeted us,. Never gave us pressure and even offered water. This gentleman needs to be recognized. Thank you Patrice, you made our day!

Ok it’s Holts... it’s expensive, but at Christmas they have beautiful, unique gifts. Drunken cherries, monogrammed ornaments... things you won’t find elsewhere. The staff is helpful and much less uppity than one would think.

Great flower exhibition!

The store is very clean and clothing and accessories are very neatly displayed. However when on the 3rd floor in the Max Mara area, the associates are not very helpful and seem to be disturbed by assisting you. I had better service from associate working at Holt Renfrew Men, when she was filling in at the women's store.
