Love that mall... although it has been under renovation for quite sometime now...but beautiful with the upgrades!

An eclectic mix of stores inhabits the second floor of this retail complex that spans the back end of buildings that run along Cumberland St from Bay St to Yonge Street. The lower floor is primarily a food court with the third floor has been leased by an international Language School.called International Language Academy of Canada.

It's a nice quiet small Mall to walk around do exploring

Quite good commercial centre where you can find whatever you want for daily things as a coffee snacks or lunch in the food court. Also there are a lot of really useful other shops as a phone corner or a centre to repair your smartphone

Cumberland Terrace is the worst eyesore in Yorkville. Let's just call it what it is. It looks like it belongs in a gentrifying neighbourhood, but in reality its in the heart of Yorkville. The food court is pretty bad and overall it's depressing

Shops mostly found at ground level. If your new in this place, you might be lost your exit.

have to run around for 10 minutes just to find the entrance or exit
