I love this place! The attention to detail and uniqueness throughout the entire place is just amazing. The food and drinks were delicious, and the wait staff were super friendly. You'd expect going here to be expensive, but it really isn't too bad. Definitely my new favorite theater!

Great place to enjoy a creative menu of food and drink with your family or group of friends. The themes in every theater room is a great touch for an amazing atmosphere. Comfortable seating and clean establishment. Great staff and good pricing. They always have deals as well. I love the time capsule of movies stored thought the theme of the place. Takes you back every time you walk in the door

Unique movie theater for sure. Customers are greeted by two full bars in the lobby and a giant waterfall surrounded by nostalgic movie posters. Theater seats recently upgraded to large leather electric recliners. These can be reserved in advance, so no need to arrive early for a good seat. Great in seat food and beverage service, push the button and you server shows up.

This place has really gone downhill. We bought a coupon booklet to support local schools and had buy one get one free coupons to use. We showed up on the wrong day to use them. I was told to come back on Sunday the next day when they are valid. I drove all the way from Shorewood and wasted my time. I get there for an early morning movie with a group of four just to be told by the acting manager Esmeralda that we cannot use the coupons on a holiday. It was New Years Eve. It says it nowhere on the coupon except online on their website. She was not accommodating at all even though we told her the day before an employee told us to come back the next day and another customer was there with the same dilemma and she disregarded both of us. She continued to say no over and over again. She immediately hands a card to the general manager that is not their because she cannot handle the situation. I will never go there again and I did not buy tickets I drove to another theater near my home. Esmeralda clearly hates her job, does not know a thing about customer service and should quit her job. A person like that should work at stores that are closing because she would be good at driving people away and it wouldn't matter. Esmeralda is the main reason why I will not come back. Crappy attitude, bad facial expressions, and hates people. Perfect job to work with customers with those skills. Also do not participate in coupon booklets for fundraisers anymore because it makes it look like a scam when your company is involved. The best part was they had one register open and a huge line and she just stood there. She decided to open a register and help just to walk away from us and ignore the situation.

Had a free ticket coupon that I couldn't use. Waitress was attentive and polite. Popcorn fresh, cheese sticks and sauce good, cappuccino was so so. But love the decor and comfortable seats. They do need to make available assistive technologies for the hearing impaired.
