AMC is a good brand, but this theatre needs to correct the people who are in the theatre going on cell phones while movies are playing. The people who are caught on cell phones while the movie is playing should be kicked out & banned from ever returning. This place could give a care less if any paying customer has a good time or not. Employees are just worried about going on their own cell phones. This is a growing trend with all the younger degenerates. It's all about me & screw everyone else. The theatres are not cleaned between films, just shrugged off. I hope serious people get involved & correct this matter.

I actually kinda like it I always love going there with my friends and family. The theaters are kinda nasty but that’s expected because how are you going to clean a huge theatre properly with like 10 min in between shows. I’ve never had a problem with the staff I think they’re awesome (and the people that are whining about their staff experience are probably the ones causing the problem, you all know that type of person if you have ever had a fast food job). The main reason I am rating it 3 stars is because of the price. I mean the popcorn is good and stuff but it’s just not worth it to pay 50 some odd bucks for a movie when you can bootleg it online for free. It would be smart to lower prices and you may actually get more customers, which in turn will get more money rolling in and make everyone happy. Think about it.

I went in to the theater mid day yesterday (12/12/2017 to buy a $20 gift card. After the transaction was complete the young man at the desk handed me the gift card in a white cardboard sleeve. I asked for a bag to insure it didn't get soiled, lost, etc. as I had multiple other gifts/bags in my car. I was told he didn't have one. As I was looking at a white paper lunch type bag sitting on the desk 6 inches from me I suggested one like that would be fine. Nope, he was using that one. OK then, I asked '...do you have a cup with a lid that will hold it?' "No" "Really?" He then calls a manager, relates the query, tells her ( I overheard a female voice on the other end) he put it in a sleeve, hangs up, and informs me there's '...nothing they can give me'. I asked the name of his manager and indicated my dissatisfaction, he smugly told me he "couldn't guess who it was over the phone".
Be advised that $20 spent at this location does not matter enough to make even the slightest attempt to meet a reasonable customer request for a purchase to be dropped into a bag. I wouldn't hold my breath for any consideration in other matters - not that I'd ever consider returning to this location - or likely any other. Regretting my decision to purchase, thinking I should have returned the card and cancelled the transaction.

So far I've enjoyed the ticket experience with the kiosks (which, by the way, have poor tactile feedback on the card slider) and the bathrooms, and the slushie machine, and the staff. Haven't tried the popcorn yet.
The seats in this theater are incredibly uncomfortable. Like, really really bad. I had to adjust how I was sitting on an every 5 minute basis.
Please consider upgrading to more comfortable seating.

Seats are ‘okay’ they don’t recline. Food is of course, very expensive with $4 coke. But we don’t go there to eat right? So the sound quality: I would say good. There is some sound leak if you are sitting next to wall and another movie is going in the theater next. Picture quality: IMAX, good. My fav place to sit is fourth row in the center where your eye sockets vibrate and ears ring.
