Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Lloydminster

My wife and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Lloydminster and had an incredible experience. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Our room was spacious, beautiful, and immaculately clean.nnThe hotel amenities were excellent, especially the pool and hot tub. My wife enjoyed the well-equipped gym. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a treat, with delicious meals and friendly staff.nnWhat truly stood out was the impeccable service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. We felt genuinely valued as guests, which made our stay even more special.nnOverall, the Holiday Inn Lloydminster provided a perfect blend of comfort and outstanding service. Kudos to the amazing team and management for making our stay so memorable! We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to stay again the next time our travels bring us to the area!

We stayed here on our way to Edmonton. It was clean and the staff were helpful.nnThe hotel was full but there was no noise that I noted from other guests. The beds were fairly comfortable and we slept as well as to be expected when away from homely comforts.nnWe have a feather allergy in our family so we needed to exchange the feather pillows for poly fibre. The staff accommodated us without issue.nnIt isn't a new hotel but it's been renovated so it looks good. The bathrooms looked a little worn but that's probably the toughest room to keep up.nnAll in all we were satisfied with our stay but especially the staff.

Room is mediocre along with being on a strip of hotels does not make the location any better than any other hotel. The reason I am leaving this review is management, I stayed one night out of my 4 night booked. I Iet them know in the morning to try figure out a deal. I was willing to pay two nights as understand the want to fill a room but they charged the full four nights. This change was due to a work circumstance and tried I communicate that. I would highly recommend looking at the other 10 hotels in the area as I have had great experiences with them.

Clean Rooms, nicest hotel staff. Kind and friendly super accommodating. Polite people, list goes on. Great pool and hot tub. Quiet, family friendly. Thank you to the staff at holiday, great stay!

I accidentally locked myself out of my room, but Drashti who is the receptionist remembered me and some details about my stay. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, promptly helping me get back into my room. Thanks to her excellent service, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel.
