Reasonable location in the middle of town. Other eating and drinking venues around if you want a change from the hotel.nThe only issue was that the table was a bit high for computer work and the chair height kept dropping.

Was pretty typical of a newer holiday inn a few years ago but it has been going downhill every time I’ve stayed since then.nnMaintenance is lacking in the rooms, shower valve handle worn so you can’t get hot water, window COVERED in bird crap, curtains torn, toilet plugged, AC not working right. The room was clean though.nnNo reason this place couldn’t be top notch, just needs better maintenance.

Easy check in and checkout. Location is good. Friendly service . Hotel was decently quiet on a Friday night. There is a Smitty's restaurant attached. A pool and fitness room available.

Hotel was clean and the front desk was really nice. However, there was no water fountain in the hotel to refill reusable bottles - you can only BUY water at a vending matching for $3.50 cash per bottle, which is ridiculous, and the machine didn't even give me change for my bills. Also, I could hear absolutely everything the room upstairs was doing, so I was woken up at 5am by someone who stepped around very heavily. Also, no room food service, and even though I requested a room cleaning when I arrived back the dirty dishes were still in the microwave, so the cleaner was obviously not very thorough. That said is probably one of the best hotels in Lloydminster
