Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dubois

We stayed for one night with our kids and service dog. We were provided with a room on the first floor which was very convenient for us. The hotel is nicely decorated and was very clean. All the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly. The kids had fun in the pool, too. The location felt very safe and we had no worries about our vehicle.

This is the cleanest & most quiet hotel we have ever visited! Not our first stay here and never disappointed. Amazing staff always ready to assist with your needs. The beds are beyond comfortable. We will be back again most definitely!

Staff was nice and room was decent but sheets WERE NOT CHANGED. I found three dark pubic hairs in the bed after pulling the sheet down. I ended up sleeping on top of the top sheet. Beware people if you think hotels are changing the sheets after every guest. Anything to save time and money. Apparently everyone needs to rip all the sheets off the bed completely after every stay to ensure the next person gets a clean set.

All good, it's a holiday inn Express: you know exactly what you're going to get, and they always deliver: clean, modern room, good breakfast, professional staff.
