Story

2015 has been a year of exciting change at HoJoe's! Lay low with friends in our newly designed café located at 103 Main Street S with the same signature drinks, such as the Blondie, Kenora Mist and famous Frozen Hot Chocolate. New, healthy additions to our menu include fresh salads prepared to order and raw cold-pressed juice (only place on LOTW offering cold-pressed!).

Our baristas continue to take personable service one step further by handwriting inspirational quotes on the sleeves of customer's to-go cups, and directing them to the café’s community board for a Pay-It-Forward coffee sleeve.

On my travels east last week, I discovered this treasure of coffee culture and so I am back on my westward return! I don’t think I have ever tasted a better breakfast paninis! Awesome coffee and friendly folks! Thank you HoJoe’s! Barry Adams, Alberta.
For the price paid, 5 star meal was expected. Unfortunately ingredients used were very sparse and quality of both food & beverage was not a kin to the price point of ordered meals.

Came in to purchase a cappuccino and a cold drink, walked out with a delicious cappuccino, a refreshing, and not overly sweet "Lake of the Woods" lemonade had frozen blueberries, fresh mint and rosemary, and the best apple fritter I've had in a long time. Excellent service. Glad to find this spot in Kenora!

Not bad but expensive! Sandwiches were ok except the Italian "parma ham" was definitely just sandwich meat! and staff were friendly but paid over $44 for 2 sandwiches and 2 lemonades!!

Great local coffee spot with the best apple fritters. A Kenora hidden gem! Looking forward to more Stormin' Norman iced espressos and strolling the Kenora Harbourfront.
