Spent a crazy hour with Trina last year while she was supposed to be learning about my business - I felt like I had fallen down the rabbit hole! I unfortunately left my tax information with her then decided overnight to find someone else. I had to pay her for her hour to get my paperwork back! During the hour I spent with her she repeatedly insisted that the CPA's who had done my taxes before I moved were NOT CPA's - based ONLY on the fact that they had not signed my copy of last year's taxes with CPA after his name! She could have checked and found (as I repeated told her...) that he IS a CPA but she didn't - just kept insisting that he wasn't... That is how we spent the hour! When I paid the ransom for my paperwork the next morning the receptionist said to me - You know he isn't a CPA!!! I couldn't get out of the office fast enough. It showed me how little they were interested in facts and verifying that what they said was true. I will never take my taxes there again!
