Look a bit outdated, since there is no update exterior or interior for many years. But the food taste good and good services. Need booking the table, since it has reduced the number of tables inside. 3 parking spots in the back. But there is pay parking on the street.

Food may be decent. Service is horrible. Ordered some take out. The person who took my order hing up on me twice. She didn’t even give me time to give clear instructions regarding the pick up. Great way to keep your customers.

Want great Chinese food for cheap this place is the spot. The best shrimp wontons in Vancouver in my opinion and the beef brisket lo mein is on another level. The tea they have is also delicious and you must ask for their chili oil and eat it with everything.

I ordered beef brisket in broth with noodle. The beef was tough, undercooked. The broth lacked depth and flavour. The service and ambience is fine.
