Overpriced noodles and beef. 12$ for a simple plate is a bit ridiculous. I’d expect this from downtown but park royal. No way. No vegetables included in the beef stir fry and one small piece of broccoli. Would not recommend.

DONT EAT AT HERO EXPECTING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Horrible experience with a moody female staff member. 1 I asked kindly for California rolls with NO avocado, later found she didn't hear my request. Insted of making me a fresh batch, she got all upset raising her voice in frustration and grabed a pre-made, non-avocado set somehow blaming me..... the customer for her mistake. 2 I also asked for a cup of water. She gives me this small stiraphom cup with a little bit of H2O, finishing it in seconds. I ask kindly if she could get me a refill. She yells at me looking angry and bothered that I asked. One of her kind male staff member directed me to the sink by Booster Juice. Its disappointing to be treated like the way I was, especially durring the Christmas Holiday. The insadent really ruined my day.

Ordered $7 kids teriyaki beef... 90% white rice and a few slices of beef. Probably cost 50 cents for them. It's not even enough for kids.Food: 1/5

I ordered Chicken Donburi rice. The guy touches my vegetables without washing his hands. Or I don’t think the vegetables are even washed. Then I asked for spoon because they only gave me fork. Then the guy yelled at me saying “I don’t have no spoon here!” With the other customers hearing him say that. He could have ask his work mate to hand me a spoon instead of yelling like that. Rude, food is not even that good… no more!!!

I ate one thing today and that was teriyaki chicken here. I was up for 12hrs overnight with food poisoning. Could be dangerous for those who are diabetic etc. I will be reporting to the health authority. Chef touched the veg with his bare hands and didn't wash them between touching raw chicken etc. I'm not picky but I'm still sick.Dietary restrictions accommodatedNone of the above

Veggie Udon broth tastes like feet smell. Sorry guys I hate leaving bad reviews but by far the worst soup I've ever had. Also dude threw veggies on the flattop for under ten seconds, just raw old vegetables in foot broth.
