Hintonburg Park

Great park for your kid and have a relax time on summer. In school time the park is used by the French School kids. Have a great playground, on summer time has a splash place!!

Clean, central, beautiful. Chess boards are set in the center of the tables by the Fairmont entrance. There is also a splash pad and play structures!

Nice little parc Lots of green space and 2 climbing structure. What's missing,.... toilets

Great young family park, family oriented neighborhood. Not the latest in tech, but tons for toddlers to explore and follow the lead of slightly older kids. Enough room for outdoors frisbee play, soccer ball kick around, outdoor yoga or workout, picnic room on the grass or at tables. Mini splash pad for summer fun. Walking distance to great neighborhood coffee shops, bakeries, and lunch options with take away, gelato and frozen custard treats!

Hintonburg Park is a delightful, medium sized, neighbourhood park close to downtown Ottawa. It is surrounded by a tall solid brick fence. This is a nice feature in that you don't need to worry about the kids leaving the park. They are easy to contain at this park. There are two play structures; one for ages five to twelve and one for ages two to five. There are picnic benches in a tree covered area and a small but big enough splash pad for the kids on a hot day. Also a decent sized field for soccer or football. A cute park! Couldn't ask for much more in the middle of the city. Maybe a washroom and a water fountain? Recommended!

Nice enclosed park, it's a great venue for the Brewery Market events during summer.

The stone wall 'enclosure' around this large space is so great. It contains the playground, splash pad, field, and seating. A community centre with full bathrooms right there is also fantastic.. As well as being an excellent venue for the Brewery Market.

Decent play park. Bigger play structure than most. Nice sand area and a separate space for smaller children. Nice and close to a variety of coffee shops for the parents!

Clean park, cute dogs, occasional LARPers. Play structures for the kids and decent lighting at night. I go out of my way to cut through this park!

Nice splash park, well enclosed so kids can run around safely. Good mix of playing fields, sand and climbing both big and little kids.
