I’ve hired Hillcrest twice in two weeks, first for a new hot water tank and second for a new toilet. On both occasions I found the plumbers professional and very knowledgeable. They clearly knew what they were doing. I would recommend them and, of course, will phone them for the next job.
Fantastic plumbers, Super knowledgeable and helpful. The problem is getting to them. The person that runs the service desk could not be more rude, surly and unhelpful, as if you calling was stopping him watching the hockey and having a coffee. We had a leak under our sink and our landlord contacted Hillcrest Plumbing and Heating. We made an appointment for Thursday afternoon, and we waited until late in the afternoon and asked them when they would be on their way, they said they weren’t sure if they would make it today, but they would let me know by 6, so I cancelled my next appointment to wait for their call, but they ended up not coming. On Friday I called them to remind them about missing our appointment and they said they would tell the plumber to come to our place after 2:30. I called them at about 4:30 because they still hadn’t shown up and they said they would try to come out again the next day. On Saturday, Ed came out to work on our pipes and uninstall our garbage disposal. He did a great job rebuilding the pipes under the sink so they work perfectly now. Overall we had an ok experience but it would have been nice to have more accurate predictions about when the plumber would actually be coming out to fix the problem.Services: Plumbing pipe repair
