Fabulous! Absolutely Fabulous! Gorgeous arrangements and perfect customer service.  Marc took care of all my concerns and personally delivered the flowers to the funeral home. Thank you for all your kindness. Do not call another florist shop.

I loved my flowers! They did such a good job at listening to what I wanted. Reasonably priced. Joe was amazing in doing the set up and take down of the bigger arrangements. I loved how I did not have to worry about the flowers at all. Delivered on time to the appropriate locations. Very well executed. Everyone loved the arrangements!

Very unprofessional service.
You can not ask for conformation e-mail because the staff will yell at you  and treat you poorly.
No personal manners.
You do not fell like you are welcome in this place.
Never again I will order any flowers from this company.

I am located in North Carolina and needed a florist to deliver flowers to my brother and his wife. I explained the reason  to person who answered the phone. He called the delivery person and had them come back to the store. Within 30 minutes of my call my brother had the plant. 
This is some of the best customer service I have ever had.

Hillcrest Florist was great! Their flowers were beautiful and they provided me comfort by sending me an email confirmation of when the flowers were delivered.  I'll definitely use them again.
