I was extremely pleased with the service that FlowerSmart gave me. I need an arrangement delivered within the same day. It was for my mother to be delivered to her office. I called at about 10am and let them know I needed it to be there before 4pm, they assured me it would be on it's way before noon, and she received them at that time, if not earlier! Her favourite flowers are carnations, so I asked for a random assortment of them. It was absolutely beautiful, beyond what I expected and the price (including delivery) was AMAZING! It meant so much to me that they were able to go above and beyond. Highly recommended!

I have gotten a few arrangements from FlowerSmart and they have all been absolutely amazing! They are always exactly what I have asked for, beautifully arranged and whatever they put in the water makes them last longer! Friendly service and on time deliveries, no need to order flowers from anywhere else!

I am so disappointed in Flowersmart. I am disappointed that the order I placed did not resemble what was advertised on their website and I am disappointed in the disrespect shown by the manager to my 86 year old mother. I live out of the country and therefore ordered from the Flowersmart website. I was initially impressed by their website. I ordered a basket of plants that included some pretty flowers, to be sent to my mother for Mother's Day. My mom received the plant and I sensed that my mother was a bit surprised and somewhat disappointed in the flowers. Because I live out of the country we shared photos of what I had ordered and what she received. What she received was not what I had ordered. My mother went into Flowersmart and spoke with the manager. Rather than 'listen' to my mom, who typically does not complain, the manager went on and on about the high rent she is paying for the store, how their store has to complete with Costco and Longos, and that they no longer use baskets for their plants. My mom felt totally unheard, disrespected and dismissed by the manager. I live out of the country and I have no option to trust what I see on the florist's website. I understand that florists may have to substitute at times, but to falsely advertise a product that they no longer use (i.e. baskets) seems dishonest. I was disapponted mostly, however, at the treatment my mother received by the manger at the store. Rather than 'hearing' my mom and dealing with her respectfully, her attitude in dealing with my mom left my mom feeling badly that she even bothered to bring the matter of the Mother's Day gift to her attention. My mother was so upset with the communication exchange she had with the manager that she, my mom, ended up calling her the next day and 'apologizing' for even bringing this to her attention. What happened to 'customer service'?? What happened to 'common courtesy'? What happened to 'listening and trying to understand' an other person's feelings?
