This was my first visit to this office. The receptionist could have been a little more personable. I said hello as I approached the counter and it was ignored for a solid 45 awkward seconds before she flatly asked my name without making any eye contact. However, my hygienist was amazing! Super nice and thorough.

My fiancé is a patient here and I feel comfortable leaving him in their care. In his words, they are polite, they are great people and they are conscious of his feelings and do their best to keep him comfortable. However, sometimes it seems like they are rushed through appointments, making it an impersonal experience. Overall, we would recommend this facility to others. I love the staff at this office. They are respectful, accommodating and super friendly. They strive to make your visit timely and thorough. They are also accessible via public transportation!

Minus 1 female dentist (no longer there) we’ve had extremely positive experiences at Hillcrest Dental Care the past 3 years. The receptionists are friendly, the dental hygenists do thorotgh but gentle cieanings & the dentists are very particular in both their assessments and in conveying of information, in an unhurried fashion. It’s so nice to not be afraid to go to have dental care and to know you & your kids are in good hands. Thank you !
