Dr. Jon R. Gotterer, DMD

My cousin is a dentist and, having had braces (twice!), root canals, extractions, retainers and night guards, I'm very particular about my dental care. Dr. Gotterer and his team provide the best care I've experienced anywhere (including in large cities). They are thorough, gentle and up-to-date in terms of recommendations. They give me something to swish in my mouth prior to the cleaning so it's not uncomfortable at all. Great care, excellent value (I don't have dental insurance and I don't find it to be cost prohibitive). I know it's hard to believe but I actually look forward to going to the dentist (even if I'm overdue). So glad I found this practice.

I've now been to four different appointments at Dr. Gotterer's office. Every single time the entire staff is phenomenal. They are all incredibly kind and go out of their way to explain what they are doing and why. My last two visits were with Joanne and I was fairly nervous about the first visit. She has such a calming demeanor I was immediately at ease. I experienced no discomfort at all during any of the procedure, and she frequently checked to be sure I was still comfortable and to ask if I needed a break. Afterwards, she called me around 7pm from home to be sure I was still doing ok. Superb staff, wonderful place to go. If you have any anxiety about the dentist, this is the place to go. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you again, Ashley.
