Very flawed business, business owner and e-commerce website. We put in a different shipping address from the billing and it still said it was going to the billing address. We immediately wrote the store to say there was an error and he replied 'you only entered the one address and thanks for your business' Robert the owner did not see if there was any resolution like...getting the correct shipping address. Then we asked if he could just cancel the order. No response. Then we called the chamber of commerce in Thunder Bay and a woman there was kind enough to call him even though he's not a member. She told us he would cancel the order but we didn't give him time to respond. I told her he had responded 30 minutes ago with no resolution only a smug response. Avoid this shop.

Online Buyers Beware.

I placed an order on Feb 11 and got the automated confirmation. I sent an email on Feb 18 inquiring if my order was shipped.  I didn't get a response until Feb 21 and the owner said he just shipped it that day. So I waited until Mar 6 and the item still didn't arrive. I sent another email asking if my order actually shipped and if not to cancel. No reply. I submitted a ticket with PayPal for a refund on Mar 8. Got my refund on Mar 9.  So the owner pretty much lied about my order being shipped on Feb 21. 

I usually give people and businesses the benefit of a doubt and usually,  90% of the time, they come through with the transaction. But this place has failed me. Online buyers beware.

The owner was rude. I'm from out of town, went to shop and right away he states stop looking in those bins they are not priced yet. The bins are everywhere in front of all the comics to look through. I left and said he's not seeing a penny from me. Learn how to speak to people if your going to run a shop. Id give him zero stars if i could.

Good prices on new comics, lots of stock. Dude is notorious for not being too helpful. (Look up and grab your own comics)

i ordered 3 comics from their website and still havent received them 2-3 weeks after. they also wont answer my emails
