Highland Park Painters

If I could rate this company at 0, I would. This company was hired by my neighbors. I live in a condo and my neighbors are above me. I have a finished patio below. They decided to powerwash her deck and it completely destroyed my entire patio and I had to file an insurance claim due to their negligence (did they think water traveled upwards?!!). It took a couple months and lots of stress to restore my sanctuary of a patio. My neighbors have still had this company doing work. Today, while they were painting, they took down my birdhouse (with a nest in there) and I found it facedown in the lawn... Even after they did not consult me about the powerwashing; they moved my things, without asking and with such negligence. I did not hire this company for anything, but am astounded by the apathy and lack of competence. I would seriously reconsider hiring this company if you are looking to have work done. I don't like posting bad reviews, but the birdhouse with a little family in there was the last straw. Just unreal...
