Advanced Furniture Repair

Several years ago I had a 20 year old Ethan Allen sofa reupholstered through Advanced Furniture Repair. The piece has 3 loose back cushions with welting, 2 large box style seat cushions with welting and 2 throw pillows with welting and additional welting along the bottom edge of the sofa. The fabric I chose was a durable, slightly textured neutral color. I was very pleased with the attention to detail and quality of Lonnie’s work on this sofa. Now 2 or 3 years later, I had a 23 year old Ethan Allen chair and ottoman reupholstered with Advanced Furniture Repair. I chose a striped fabric. The chair has a tight back with a box cushion with welting and a straight skirt. The ottoman also has a box cushion with welting and a straight skirt. The striping on the tight back of the chair is perfectly straight and lines up with the box cushion as well as lines up with the stripes on the ottoman. Again, very pleased with the quality of work. Lonnie also reinforced/added new material in the cushions for proper support and structure for the cushions.

Lonnie provided fantastic service from start to finish in rebuilding the wedge piece from our basement sectional. Drove 15+ miles to give me a quote in person, kept me apprised of his progress, and returned the piece in better-than-new condition. A true professional who understands the seemingly lost art of customer service.

First off, if you have cheap low quality leather furniture that is peeling from Ashley or Hom, it can't be repaired. The negative reviewer was upset that she paid good money but unfortunately was low quality furniture. I had Lonnie repair and refinish a three piece leather sofa set. This was older furniture from my parents that was very good quality that would cost quite a bit to rebuy nowadays. The whole process took 2 weeks and the results are fantastic. My tired, cracked leather looks practically brand new. My friends and family are equally impressed with how it turned out. If you have good quality furniture that needs repairing, don't hesitate to give him a call.
