I am so impressed with this clinic. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, professional, understanding, and answered all of my questions patiently. The hygienist was kind and gentle with my son and took time to show him how to improve his flossing and brushing. She recommended an electronic toothbrush and where I could find it on sale. Dr. B was kind and gentle and took time to answer all of my questions. The receptionist took time to look up my chart and accommodate times that worked best for me. I've been able to get in for last minute appointments when needed. I highly recommend this clinic.
Shame on High River Dental Centre! I have been a loyal, paying patient for over 15 years despite the high turn over with hygienists and despite my long time dentist retiring without notice. I went in and spoke to the staff about using up my dental benefits on a crown as my benefits were being terminated at the end of April due to job resignation. I spoke with multiple staff members about what I was trying to accomplish. Fast forward a a week and some when it was time to get the crown inserted, I go to leave and I’m met with $637 please . I explain again what was supposed to happen and was met with “well our notes say” I explained that my new benefits had kicked in, there was only two weeks without coverage. Why would I request a crown in the two weeks between coverage? Not one person took accountability for the miscommunication, none! This was very unreasonable and no way to treat a long term patient, I was willing to split the cost due to miscommunication however it was deemed by the dentist that I owed them every single red centnTAKE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY HIGH RIVER DENTAL CENTRE
High River Dental Centre is a great place to take care of your teeth.nThe professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding.
They lie to you, gaslight you. And get angry if you have any sort of dental anxiety. Would never recommend this place to people with kids or anyone for that matter. Truly insensitive people. Not to mention the HORRIBLE price gouging!!
I love High River Dental Centre! Chelsea is a wonderful hygienist, always caring about her patients.
